Window Blind Replacement Parts
For the do-it-yourselfer we can supply parts for
your window covering. To be certain, it is best to either
email us a photo. Email with pictures, is the fastest & best way, to
help find your part.
The Internet is not perfect, your email may not make it to us the
first time, or our response may not make it to you. If you do not
receive a response within 72 Hours, Please try again
We will respond to you within 48 hours, during regular business
hours.

The prices on our web site are for the Internet only. Please no phone
orders, we do accept mail in orders. For those that like doing business the
old-fashioned way, we still offer a printable order form. Payments may be
made by check, money order or credit cards. Once you fill out the
information mail or fax it back to us for immediate processing.

What you need before you call Customer Service for return any
part.
1.Order ID - Can be found on the invoice on the top left
side.
2.Approximate date of purchase.
3.Where purchased -the website name.
4.Brief description of concern or issue.
If calling to set up repair of a blind or shade, you will also
need:
1.Type of blind/shade.
2.Size and color blind/shade.
3.What needs to be repaired.
4.Where to return blind/shade once repaired.
If you are not sure on how to repair your blind. We repair
all major name brand window coverings nationwide. ...
restringing, loop cords, cord guides, replacing cord-locks,
clutch control and cover. Send your blind to us and
have it repair, if we can repair it or find the part it is
unrepeatable.
